Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Workshop Controller, you will:

• Provide high-level customer service
• Assist in setting and obtaining labour time goals
• Exercise excellent time management skills to balance resource with conflicting priorities
• Ensure high-quality work that meets brand & company standards.
• Conduct road tests to guarantee safety and precision.
• Support and develop technicians, enhancing their skills.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Workshop Controller or Foreman experience in a facepaced environment
• Additional qualifications in the automotive / mechanical field
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
• Driven attitude and determination to achieve set KPI's
• Previous knowledge of TUNE or other DMS systems
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic
