Materials Handler

From our Narangba workshop, we deliver major projects that shape industries and communities — and we're looking for another hands-on team player to join us.

As a Materials Handler, you'll play a key part in keeping our fabrication operations running smoothly. From moving and staging steel, to assisting with deliveries and site tasks, you'll help ensure the right gear is in the right place, every time — safely and efficiently.

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and side-loaders to handle and move steel
• Pick, stage and prepare materials using job dockets and fabrication drawings
• Assist with site deliveries and loading/unloading trucks
• Maintain safe storage, clear work areas and organised yard/workshop spaces
• Work closely with fabricators, supervisors and project teams to get the job done
• Champion safety in every task — spotting risks and leading by example

Essential

• Current LF Forklift licence
• Experience in warehousing, steel, or heavy materials handling
• Physically fit, comfortable with manual handling
• Strong safety awareness and commitment
• Reliable, team-focused and good communicator

Nice to have

• HR truck licence
• White Card
• Experience operating cranes/overhead lifting gear
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings

• Steady, full-time work with overtime opportunities
