This role offers the chance to grow with us, working across a variety of clients in a
Digital Trading capacity
. You'll assist with campaign implementation, reporting, and administration — while learning directly from some of the industry's best.

The Role

You'll work closely with our Digital Trading Specialists/Managers, Account Managers/Directors, and Head of Digital to ensure successful campaign delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Trading

• Support the Trading team with campaign management and implementation.
• Build out Paid Meta, Google Ads & Programmatic campaigns (with guidance).
• Traffic ads within our ad server.
• Implement pixels and event tracking in Google Tag Manager.
• Make ad-hoc campaign adjustments as directed by senior staff.

Administration & Reporting

• Perform campaign admin tasks such as budget pacing and finance reconciliation.
• Process budget changes within platforms (under supervision).
• Pull and analyse data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Assist with insights and commentary for reporting.

Personal Development

• Dedicate 10% of your time to learning and development.
• Engage with TFM's training programs, media sessions, and assigned readings.
• Actively live TFM's values and contribute to our culture.
• Assist with general office duties.

Measures of Success

• Strong feedback from internal teams on communication and deliverables.
• On-time completion of trading tasks.
• Competency in digital trading admin and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, not required).
• Interest in media, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and a team player.

Working Conditions

• Full-time role | 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Hybrid: Work from home on Thursdays after probation.
• Based in our brand-new Brisbane CBD office.
