We're on the lookout for a Marketing, Events & Customer Service Coordinator to join a global company based in Norwest  - and you'll be part of a fun, vibrant, and dynamic team that loves what they do

If you're organised, creative, and thrive on connection and collaboration, this role will keep you inspired. You'll help bring campaigns and events to life, support customers and partners, and make sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same You'll play a key role in keeping our marketing, events, and customer service operations running seamlessly:

  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for customers – handling orders, calls, and enquiries with confidence and warmth.
  • Coordinate dispatch and logistics, working closely with couriers to keep things moving.
  • Support the sales team with admin and customer updates.
  • Assist in planning and delivering trade shows, customer events, and team functions - from setup to showtime
  • Create engaging social media content that shows off our brand and connects with our audience.
  • Learn and grow - you'll be trained across multiple areas of the business.

About You

You're a doer, a people-person, and a multitasker who loves a buzzing, hands-on environment. You'll fit right in if you're:

  • Vibrant, proactive, and eager to learn – you love a challenge and get things done.
  • Confident with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, even when juggling tasks.
  • Cool under pressure, with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in logistics, supply chain, or marketing coordination.
