We're on the hunt for a passionate, detail-driven Barista to join our crew at The Gladdy — Stockton's Hub (not Pub).

If you've got a keen eye for texture, taste, and technique, and love creating moments through every cup, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

A barista with attention to detail and a deep appreciation for great coffee.

A strong understanding of coffee texture, flavour profiling, and presentation.

Experience with espresso machine operation, milk steaming techniques, and latte art basics

Someone who brings big energy, thrives under pressure, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
