ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic MC / HC Fuel Tanker Driver to join our team based in Brisbane. As a family run business we pride ourselves on customer service, teamwork and simply doing the right thing by our team

We have diverse customer base across the greater metropolitan and regional South East Queensland and Northern NSW. We place as strong emphasis on modern equipment and a stringent maintenance plan ensuring not only do we maximise uptime but your role within the team is made as best as possible.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director this role will include (but not limited to);

  • Loading & unloading fuel tankers for our retail and commercial customers
  • Prompt and efficient deliveries to our metropolitan and regional customer base
  • BFM compliance
  • Fatigue management
  • Performing daily pre-start checks on your company vehicle and equipment
  • Ongoing attitude of maintaining and respecting the company equipment and reporting any faults or concerns (as needed)
  • A focus on a great customer service experience

  • Permanent 5 day rosters
  • Permanent AM or PM shifts (no rotating needed)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • A current and valid MC Drivers Licence (with a minimum of 2 years experience)
  • A current and valid DG licence (terminal inductions completed are preferred but not required)
  • A current and valid Safe Load Pass
  • Fuel tanker experience
  • A clean driving history
  • BFM Statement of Attainment
  • A current Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical Certificate (with a willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test if requested)
  • A can do approach to the job and business with a problem solving mindset
  • A high standard of customer service including a great attitude towards working and dealing with our customers
  • Good numeracy ability
  • The ability to work autonomously, efficiently and professionally
  • Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen and/or permanent resident)
