We are Australia's largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering exceptional housing maintenance services nationwide through multiple construction, maintenance, NDIS and aged care contracts.
We are campaigning to identify skilled trades people and subcontractors to support our business to deliver maintenance services for an upcoming Contract in North & North West Tasmania. It is anticipated work will include planned maintenance, vacant property restoration, responsive call-outs, quoted works and capital projects
Our intent is to attract subcontractors who wish to build partnerships, which allow us to support our customer's needs and meet the required KPI's set by our client.
We are seeking subcontractors that carry out property maintenance in these areas:

- General Handyperson services
- Electrical
- Carpentry / Building
- Plumbing
- Painting

- Flooring
- Asbestos removal and remediation
- Fencing
- Concreting
- Locksmith
- Landscaping
- Glazier
- General Labourer
- Gyprocking / Wall Linings
- HVAC
Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT a full-time permanent position within the company. At this stage we are seeking Expressions of Interest from subcontractors interested in work on an upcoming contract.
