Pharmacist In Charge

About the Role

As Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), you'll take on a leadership role in a new store three days a week while providing support to other locations for one or two additional days. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional customer care and manage pharmacy operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the pharmacy and provide support to other locations.
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on their health needs.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, interns, and dispensary technicians.
• Provide vaccinations and aged care services as required.
• Uphold high standards of customer care and ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Need

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
