Junior Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support the Accounts team in a full-time position. In this role the successful candidate will work alongside members of the Accounts team to assist with accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Produce accurate weekly receivable and payable report

Meeting with sales team on collection.

Sending remittances and receivable statements

Run weekly payroll, STP and superannuation reconciliation.
Selection Criteria:

Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification required.

Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts/bookkeeping roles.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Experience with Xero desired.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members.

Self-motivated with excellent workload management and prioritization skills.

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with minimum supervision.
