, you'll join a team working on real-world projects that combine innovation, collaboration, and impact.

Work Alongside Experienced Engineers To
- Design and implement OT systems that integrate HMIs, RTUs, and PLCs
- Support smart grid, energy resource management and automation projects
- Assess, test, and integrate new technologies that determine the future direction of Operational Technology
- Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, reliability and fit-for-purpose solutions
Who You Are (and Who You're Becoming)
You're a recent graduate in:
- Electrical, Electronic, Control Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Automation Engineering
- Or a related discipline with a focus on operational technology
Your Toolkit
- A strong problem-solving mindset, with initiative and a bias toward action — even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- Curiosity and resilience — you ask questions, learn on the go, and grow from mistakes.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, especially in industrial environments (e.g. Modbus, PLCs, control systems).
- Sharp attention to detail in both technical configuration and written communication.
- Clear, structured documentation skills (e.g. design docs, technical guides, standards).
- Bonus: Coding skills in C# and Python are highly regarded.
