About the role

We are seeking a skilled Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join our team at the Miami Family Medical Centre on the Gold Coast. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As an EEN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our diverse patient population.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting our General Practitioners and Registered Nurses in delivering comprehensive patient care
• Performing a range of nursing duties, wound care, and patient education, help with health checks .
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• A current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Demonstrated experience in a general practice or community healthcare setting
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in general practice or community healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
• Essential clinical skills including wound care, immunisations, and ECG proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• A passion for providing high-quality, patient-centred care
