THE ROLE

  • The role: Retail Sales Assistant

  • The roster: Casual, with weekend availability required

  • The location: RATIONALE David Jones Sydney Flagship, with flexibility to travel to our other Flagships in Woollahra, Bondi Junction, Balmain, and Mosman

  • You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences

  • You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training

  • You will provide skin consultations and tailored skincare product plans to clients

  • You will educate clients on the RATIONALE treatment offering in partnership with our Skin Therapists

  • You will perform reception and operational duties in a luxury skin clinic environment

  • Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role

  • Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client needs

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills

  • Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
