Project Engineer

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will liaise and support various function across this industrial construction project.

Responsibilities

• Management of small-medium design & construction projects and/or work packages and to prepare contracts & technical documentation.
• Contract & technical document preparation
• Project estimating & planning preparation
• Project and plant risk identification and management
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional groups and thrive in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating objective and critical thinking.

You will possess

• 5+ years delivering the Project Engineering aspects of capital projects encompassing hydraulics in heavy industry
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the environment and community
• Experience in the pre-authorisation development and delivery
• Tendering, negotiating and administration of major equipment supply and construction contracts
