About the role

At Epic Hair Designs' Ascot, we are looking for an experienced Hairdresser/Hair Stylist to join our busy dynamic team. This role can either be full-time, part-time or casual and is based in Ascot, also home to our Head Office and Training Academy. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing and styling services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a range of hairdressing and styling services, including cutting, colouring, treatments and blow-drying
  • Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable services
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients
  • Effectively using and maintaining hairdressing tools and equipment
  • Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

  • Completion of a recognised hairdressing qualification, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Hairdresser/Hair Stylist in a salon environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive client experience
  • Strong technical hairdressing skills, including proficiency in cutting, colouring and styling techniques
  • Enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques
  • A friendly, professional and reliable attitude
