What we're looking for

Blucool is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Mechanical Plumber or 4th year apprentice to join our team based out of Traralgon, Victoria.

This full-time position will provide the opportunity for you to complete the installation, service and maintenance of mechanical plumbing systems in a variety of residential and small commercial settings.

Requirements

  • Qualified Mechanical Plumber with VBA registration (cert 3 or above) or a 4th year Apprentice
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
  • HVAC experience, ability to read plans and work independently
  • A respectful, team-oriented attitude and a strong sense of accountability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality of work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a range of mechanical plumbing tasks including new installations, maintenance and repairs to residential and commercial air conditioning systems

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical plumbing issues to provide effective solutions

  • Reading and interpreting plans, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed
