About Us:We're a well-established, thriving private clinic with a strong referral base and a reputation for excellence in psychological support and neuro-affirming care. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological services within a warm, collaborative environment. We're currently seeking a Registered Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Registrar who shares our values and is looking to grow within a supportive and enriching team.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from both experienced clinicians and registrars who are committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Essential:

  • AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Registrar (Clinical Psychology Program)
  • Interest and/or experience working with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders in adults
  • A strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
  • Openness to learning new therapeutic modalities
  • Confidence and autonomy in managing a caseload

Highly Regarded:

  • Training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Experience delivering therapy for trauma, complex presentations, and personality disorders
  • Willingness to participate in peer supervision (individual supervision also provided as needed)
  • Interest in contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
