We specialize in compounding personalized medications while offering a wide range of pharmacy services, including prescription dispensing, UTI consultations, vaccinations, and dose administration aids.

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service and health solutions to our valued customers.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with pharmacy operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional and friendly customer service and health advice.

• Assisting customers with their healthcare and product inquiries.

• Processing sales transactions, cash handling, and operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Accepting prescriptions and assisting in the dispensary (training provided).

• Managing inventory, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays.

• Assisting in the preparation of dose administration aids (training provided).

• Ensuring the store remains clean and presentable at all times.

• Participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who has:

• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting (preferred but not essential).

• Willingness to undergo training, including an S2/S3 pharmacy certificate (if not already obtained).

• Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends.

• A police clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
