We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Advisor to help us source top-tier blue collar talent across multiple sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Company Directors, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to support our expanding operations. Your key duties will include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various blue-collar roles across multiple mining sites in Australia
  • Create and post job advertisements
  • Take job briefings from Operations Coordinators to understand the workforce needs
  • Activity cold call and talent search candidates through various platforms
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for roles including trades, maintenance, and other blue-collar positions
  • Complete phone screens, book interviews, and pre-employment checks
  • Prepare letters of offers and employment contracts
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Report on recruitment activities and provide insights to the Senior Recruitment Specialist
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will need the following

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment
  • Australian driver's license and reliable transport
  • Be a self-motived and enthusiastic team player
