Womensport and Recreation Tasmania (WSRT) is the peak independent body celebrating, supporting and advocating for females in sport and recreation across the state. We're on a mission to create a more inclusive, vibrant sporting culture where women and girls can thrive as participants, coaches, officials, administrators, leaders and positive change-makers.

We're are offering a new opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative Project Officer (part-time) to help grow WSRT's reach and impact. Funded through a Tasmanian Government Active Industry Grant (to Dec 2026), this role offers variety and purpose. You'll develop resources, coordinate events like leadership forums and networking sessions, and strengthen partnerships across the sporting sector. You'll also support advocacy, storytelling, and help drive membership growth while working alongside a passionate volunteer Board.

This is a chance to work across the sporting sector and contribute to the important role that sport and recreation plays in enriching individuals' lives and strengthening communities.
