Sacca's Fine Foods is a rapidly growing family business, renowned for fresh produce and outstanding community service. We've recently expanded our offering to include a full-service café/restaurant featuring a diverse menu, espresso bar, fresh cakes, and gelati. To support this exciting growth, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team.

Role Overview:

As Café Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of presentation. Your hands-on leadership and warm, friendly approach will be essential to creating a positive work environment and memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and motivate café staff, fostering a happy and productive team culture
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product presentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Assist with rostering and managing staff schedules
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality industry experience
• Previous supervisory experience highly regarded
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exemplary personal grooming and professional appearance
• Passion for customer service and the hospitality industry
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive, friendly, and approachable personality

Employment Details:

• The role will begin on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to full-time following successful probation and performance review
• Applicants must be Australian residents or hold a valid unrestricted work visa with local experience
