What We're Looking For:
- Energetic Mindset: We seek individuals who are eager to contribute to the team and pass on knowledge to the customer.
- Hairstylist: Must have minimum Cert 3 Qualification in Hairdressing
- Customer Focus: Our goal is to provide exceptional service and advice to every customer.
- Social Media: Happy to participate in growing social media presence when needed.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge with Shortcuts advantageous but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-drying techniques for all hair types
Your Role as a Stylist:
- Excellent communication including in depth consultations to ensure client happiness.
- Skilled at personal time management and multi-tasking.
- Willing to play a key role in supporting the wider team with on floor presence and cooperation
- Assisting in salon stocktakes
- Day to day maintenance of the salon
- Willing to engage in ongoing education provided
