Your Impact:

As Audit Manager, you'll report to the Executive Manager, Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance. You'll play a key role in delivering audits focused on Financial Crime, Fraud and Scams, and Regulatory Compliance.

This is a dynamic role where adaptability, sound judgement, and collaboration are essential. You'll work on meaningful projects that protect our customers and strengthen the bank.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and participate in all stages of audits – planning, fieldwork, reporting, and closure.
  • Support the development of a risk-based audit plan and refresh it regularly.
  • Use data analytics and digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and insights.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders and Board committees.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to provide holistic risk coverage.
    Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within GA&A.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in Compliance, AML/CTF, Financial Crime, or Audit within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to present findings clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to work with urgency and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx) and reporting dashboards.
    Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, CIA).
