About the Role
As a Panel Beater/Foreman at Royans Kewdale, you will play a vital role in the repair process. Drawing on your expertise, you will perform high-quality repairs while ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in returning heavy vehicles to the road safely and efficiently. In addition, you will oversee, guide, and supervise a team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional workmanship throughout the workshop.
What we are looking for
- Heavy Vehicle background
- Trade qualified in panel beating or equivalent
- Able to communicate with the branch manager, workshop manager, estimators, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members, including apprentices
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Can adhere to workplace policies as well as WHS standards
