About the Role:

Disability Group Australia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a fulltime role, based at our Oran Park office. The role focuses on providing expert patient care to NDIS participants in line with their individual care plans, supporting their goals for independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants remotely and/or in-house at the Oran Park office.
  • Assessing and developing tailored care plans that align with the participant's needs and goals.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions and support across a range of physical and mental health conditions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS guidelines.
  • Regular communication with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • AHPRA registration as a practicing Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in patient care and service delivery, ideally within the NDIS or disability sector.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • A passion for improving the lives of NDIS participants and helping them achieve their goals.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS framework and funding models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

  • Oran Park NSW 2570: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
