About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Social Worker to lead a small, dynamic team across the acute areas at Grampians Health, Ballarat Hospital. You will play a key role in providing advanced clinical services, driving best practice, and contributing to excellent patient outcomes.
