Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Whisper, Speech-to-Text, ElevenLabs, etc.) into the web app.
- Build Python-based scoring modules for essays, speaking, and listening tasks.
- Design and maintain a data pipeline (store student input + AI feedback securely).
- Preprocess and label data for future training of custom ML models.
- Experiment with fine-tuning models (when enough data is collected).
- Collaborate with the Full-Stack Developer to connect APIs with the front-end.
- Optimize costs and response time of AI services.
Required Skills
- Strong in Python (must-have).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with NLP & Speech Processing (text scoring, speech-to-text, pronunciation evaluation).
- Experience with API integration (OpenAI, Whisper, Hugging Face models).
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, storage, and annotation.
- Bonus: Experience in EdTech / exam scoring systems.

- 2-5 years of ML/AI experience.
- Someone who can work part-time independently and deliver results.
- A mix of practical skills (API integration) and research mindset (to improve scoring).
