About the role

Hyatt Hotel Canberra is seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a part-time role, you will play a vital part in creating delectable desserts and baked goods that delight our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Chef in the preparation and presentation of a variety of dishes
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the pastry kitchen
  • Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
