About Us: Our dental practice is located in the Newcastle suburb of Elermore Vale. At Smile Craft Dental, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing and comfortable environment for all our patients.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dental assistant to join our team of oral health professionals. This role includes front office duties, communicating with patients, assisting the dentist in dental procedures, sterilising instruments and making patients feel at ease. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate. The position is casual for three to four days per week plus Saturdays.

Essential:

*Current drivers licence and reliable transport

*Must be available to work Monday to Saturday

*Ability to work longer work days when required. We work late on Wednesdays and Thursdays

*Certificate 3 or 4 in Dental Assisting is desirable but not essential

Please note that pay range listed is indicative of the Health Professional and Support Services Award adult rate and level of experience in the field.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
