About the area

Campus Management is responsible for planning, designing, developing and managing the University's campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. The Maintenance & Operations team delivers a range of services including facilities operations, mail services, sustainability, and logistics. The UniMail team plays a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient mail and parcel delivery across campus.

About the opportunity

  • Coordinate and process inbound and outbound mail and parcels across campus
  • Liaise with suppliers and provide advice to customers on mail and courier services
  • Operate mail systems and franking machines to support daily operations

About you

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent experience in mailing services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mail management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Note: A "C" class driver's licence will be required by the successful applicant.
