Housekeeper/Cleaner

Position Overview:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure guest rooms and service areas are immaculate, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of their stay. Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas, ensuring they meet hotel standards and procedures.
• Guest Interaction: Respect guest privacy, assist with their requests, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Teamwork: Work efficiently with all hotel departments, maintaining good relationships with your colleagues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a tidy, well-stocked trolley, report any maintenance issues, and ensure your work area is safe and clean at all times.
• Guest Satisfaction: Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing quality service and promptly addressing any complaints or concerns.
• Physical Tasks: Assist with heavy lifting, moving furniture, and other physical tasks as required, ensuring safety at all times.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $42.03 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
