Tradezone's Head Office is based on the Gold Coast, and we're growing quickly, with Distribution Centres in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

About the Role

We're seeking two enthusiastic Internal Counter Sales Team Members to join our Brendale Distribution Centre team, just 30 minutes north of Brisbane.

Shift Options:

  • Morning: 5:00am–1:30pm
  • Afternoon: 8:30am–5:00pm

Both shifts include one Saturday morning per six weeks (5:30am–9:30am) with flex time benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers collecting orders and provide prompt support in person and over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coach customers on how the Tradezone website works
  • Escalate enquiries to Customer Service or the Sales Team and process returns

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Positive, confident attitude with strong initiative and professional maturity
  • Computer literacy with customer-centric alignment and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

  • Customer Service Experience (B2B preferred)
  • Forklift Licence and Excel skills
  • Business or trade qualifications
