What you'll do
You'll advise on complex estate matters including blended families, estrangement, trusts, and entities—working directly with clients to deliver thoughtful, sensitive advice. You'll work alongside senior estate lawyers with 15+ years of refined processes and precedents, giving you access to a deep knowledge base and streamlined tools.
No litigation. No new business chasing. Just focused, high-level estate planning work backed by proper support.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years post-admission experience in estate planning or estate work
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing your own files
- Clear, empathetic communication - you'll help clients make sense of complex legal matters with calm, practical advice
