Pay: $85,000 + $5,000 Travel Allowance

What You'll Do

• Step into various sites to lead kitchen teams and maintain gold-standard food service.
• Manage the commercial engine room including site-specific stock control and budgets.
• Take charge of staff rostering and daily coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure their specific needs and expectations are met.
• Apply your culinary expertise while mastering the administrative side of management operations.

About You

• A trade-qualified professional with a Cert III and the natural agility to lead any high-volume kitchen without skipping a beat.
• A commercial mindset driven by an interest in the "why" behind the numbers and a desire to master administrative hospitality management.
• Strong interpersonal skills that translate into clear, professional interactions with both kitchen staff and corporate clients.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to navigate between our various site locations with ease.
