Electrical - Certificate III in Electrotechnology
Refrigeration Mechanic - Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Carpenter - Certificate III in Carpentry
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to work and learn with QBuild, the designated builder for the Queensland Government. We provide a wide range of services, from constructing new buildings to upgrading and renovating existing ones. We also assist in rapid responses to disasters and hazards to safeguard Queenslanders. Understand the importance of adhering to safety protocols including following proper procedures, using protective equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.

What We Look For:
Be 15 years of age at commencement. Candidates 18 or turning 18 are preferred due to occasional overnight travel for our distant work program, unless you are a school-based apprentice not required to travel until full-time.
Be eligible to work in Australia (permanent residency).
Have completed Year 10 with a pass in Maths and English.
Be able to transport yourself and your tools to work/training sites (a driver's license is not mandatory).
Be willing to obtain a Construction Industry White Card before starting.
