
Clinical Audit Assurance and Improvement Manager

As the Clinical Audit Manager you will develop and have oversight of quality assurance, audit programs, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHSS); while also promoting evidence-based practice, professional accountability and consumer partnership, with a focus on comprehensive care and effective communication;
About The Role
Within the HP role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values . Your contribution will be to:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, professional accountability, and safety.
- Lead the integration of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHSS) into CYMHS clinical governance frameworks.
Within the NG you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) inaccordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values .
You will fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 7 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.
