The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Assistant / Coordinator to join a market leading organisation based in Sydney's West. With a strong reputation for excellence and continued growth, this business is an industry leader that values collaboration, high performance, and innovation.
The Role
The Team Assistant will play an integral role in supporting a group of Senior Executive Leaders to ensure their days run seamlessly. Working closely with five Directors, you will provide vital administrative coordination and be the go-to person for day-to-day organisational support. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating diaries across multiple senior stakeholders
- Arranging domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Preparing agendas, correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assisting with meeting scheduling, minute taking, and follow-up actions
- Managing and processing expenses and invoices
- Providing ad hoc administrative support across the Directors as needed
- Acting as a key contact point for internal stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business
- Supporting the wider leadership team with general coordination and administration
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 3–5 years' experience as a Team Assistant, Coordinator, or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- A high-energy and proactive approach, with strong organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Confidence in building relationships and working across multiple stakeholders
- Impeccable communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with pace and presence
