Bendigo VIC, Australia Tip Top Tidy Homes Full time $60,800 - $78,400 per year

Our business provides property maintenance services such as cleaning & gardening for clients in and around Bendigo. We also manage AirBnb's and staff will have the opportunity to be part of these turnovers. Our client base includes residential, commercial, NDIS, Real Estate bond cleans and pre-sale cleans, builders cleans, and AirBnb turnovers.

Staff are welcome to work in both cleaning and gardening roles if interested.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the manager
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and securely
  • Regularly clean and maintain equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any client inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Adhere to the business's confidentiality agreement at all times
  • Accurately log completed tasks and working hours
  • Carry out cleaning duties with a range of clients, including domestic, NDIS, short term accommodation, pre-sale & end of lease, and building cleans.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required. This must be carried out in accordance with OH&S, and all employees are asked to use discretion and only lift items within their physical ability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as directed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications/licenses:

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) National Police Check
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) Working with Childrens Check
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening
  • Must have completed in the past 12 months (or be willing to complete) NDIS Workers Training modules
  • Manager will provide link to this if needed
  • Victorian Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
