Overview

We are seeking an experienced
DevSecOps Solution Architect
to design, implement, and optimize secure end-to-end DevSecOps frameworks across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, security automation, CI/CD pipeline architecture, and modern software delivery practices. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

  • Design secure DevSecOps architectures aligning with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Define CI/CD pipeline standards, automation frameworks, and security enforcement models.
  • Develop reference architectures and reusable blueprints for secure SDLC processes.
  • Integrate security across all phases of the pipeline—from code commit to deployment.

Security Integration

  • Embed security checks (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, container scanning) into CI/CD workflows.
  • Advocate and implement "shift-left" security practices.
  • Design security controls for cloud-native workloads, microservices, APIs, and containers.
  • Perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and secure deployment reviews.

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

  • Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Implement IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build secure and automated infrastructure.
  • Lead containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Automation & Tooling

  • Automate repetitive security and compliance tasks.
  • Integrate monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response tools.
  • Drive adoption of zero-trust principles and modern access management strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with development, security, and operations teams to deliver secure solution designs.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and PoCs for new tools or platforms.
  • Communicate technical requirements and security guidelines to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Security engineering.
  • Strong background in
    DevSecOps architecture
    and secure CI/CD pipeline design.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like
    AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    .
  • Expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of application security, cloud security, and container security.
  • Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and architectural design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CEH, GCSA, or similar).
  • DevOps/Cloud certifications (AWS Architect, Azure Architect, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD).
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale security automation.
