KU Knoxfield Kindergarten

Knoxfield is a 56 place service that runs a three year old group on Mondays and Wednesdays between 8:30am and 4:00pm and a four year old group on Tuesdays and Thursdays also between 8:30am and 4:00pm.

The service has 2 wonderful large outdoor spaces for the 2 groups, as well as lots of natural resources and undercover play areas. There is amble street parking close by as well as bus stops directly outside of the kindergarten.

You will join the existing passionate team to provide education and care for children with an emphasis on building relationships and an inclusive environment where children belong, play, discover, and learn.

Diploma Educator (ACCEQ)

  • Lorikeets Room (3-Year-old)
  • 19 hours per week
  • Monday and Wednesday 8:15-4:30
  • Friday 11:45-2:15 (Non-Contact Day)
  • 4 hours of non-contact time per week
  • Uniform and Firs aid allowance paid

Criteria

  • An ACCEQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood,
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children,
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF
