Skills and Experience:

• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) preferred
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen (wok experience a plus)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Passionate about food, teamwork, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy services
• Strong knowledge of dietary and food safety compliance
• Reliable, positive attitude with a growth mindset
