Universal Coatings is a local Sunshine Coast based painting and decorating company that prides themselves on the quality and service provided to their clients.

We value our staff and appreciate strong work ethics and positive people.

Working mainly in the commercial space and high end residential, our business is expanding, and we are seeking the right people to grow with us.

Work is local and ongoing for the right people.

We also have away work with accommodation / food and travel time for suitable applicants.

Ability to grow within the company.

Qualifications & experience

Essential:

  • Trade qualified - painting
  • White card / construction card
  • Strong work ethic
  • High quality standard of work
  • Reliable
  • Experienced
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Neat and tidy with a great attention to detail
  • Reliable transport
  • Basic IT skills to complete online forms and timesheets

Highly Regarded:

  • Desire to grow with the company
  • EWP ticket
  • Previous experience on large commercial projects
  • Ability to texture, wallpaper, epoxy or other techniques
