We PAY TOP DOLLAR and are searching for an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our near-new, purpose-built Early Learning Centre on the Northern Gold Coast.

About You

You are a confident, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with professionalism and positivity.

You will have:

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and motivating leadership style
  • Seriously passionate about ECEC sector and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to liaise professionally with families, team members and stakeholders
  • Proven leadership experience in developing, supporting & managing teams
  • Excellent skills and are fast at using computer & software programs
  • Desire and willingness to learn, follow instructions, adjust and deliver results

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services / Community Services / ECEC (or equivalent)
  • Past experience in a management role at a child care centre business
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Regulations
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Police Check
  • Recognised Child Protection Training
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Food handling / training & qualifications preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members for success
  • Lead & promote positive, supportive and motivated exceptional team culture
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of high-quality education and care
  • Team rostering & manage the delivery of monthly events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Achieve and manage business performance and KPI's
  • Drive marketing and enrolments to maintain strong occupancy
  • Introduce innovative ideas to continually improve quality and performance
  • Suggest, discuss and assist management to implement new procedures
  • Nominated Supervisor and Responsible person
