With continued growth across the business, we're looking to bring on a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our content and social media activity.

The Role:

You'll be a hands-on marketing and social media, working closely with the leadership team across the business. This isn't a narrowed role. It's a varied position focused on content, coordination, and supporting broader marketing initiatives, including:

• Creating and managing consistent, high-quality social and video content across our platforms

• Building and strengthening our brand presence and online community

• Working closely with advisers and team members to capture authentic, on-brand content

• Filming, editing, and publishing content end to end

• Supporting marketing campaigns, initiatives, and brand projects as needed

• Assisting with the coordination and promotion of events and internal initiatives

• Helping manage marketing calendars and general coordination tasks

• Monitoring performance and optimising content based on insights and trends

• Contributing ideas and creative input into how our marketing and social strategy continues to evolve

This role is suited for you if:

• Are comfortable managing content tasks end to end, from planning and filming through to editing and publishing

• Have experience (or strong interest) in creating social media and marketing content that builds brand presence and engagement

• Enjoy variety and are happy to support both creative and coordination-based tasks

• Are comfortable handling feedback, deadlines, and changing priorities in a professional and proactive way

• Care about quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in your work

• Want to be part of a values-led business where education, trust, and long-term impact matter

What You'll Bring

• Experience creating social media or marketing content for a brand or business (professional experience is valued, but not essential)

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and content creation

• Confidence filming and editing video content, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills

• Good understanding of social platforms and current content trends

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with a range of people across the business

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow your skills in a professional services environment

• Working in a team environment

Graduates and university students with relevant experience, portfolios, or strong interest in marketing and social media are encouraged to apply.
