Retail Sales Assistant – OzJapwear Pop-Up Stores OzJapwear is Australia's only anime clothing brand, and we are looking for enthusiastic and confident retail staff for our upcoming pop-up stores. Over the next few months we will be at Liverpool Westfield, Stockland Merrylands, Westfield Mt Druitt, and Westfield Parramatta. About the Role: This is a sales-focused retail role. You will be talking to customers all day, helping them choose shirts, hoodies, and accessories, and creating a fun and positive experience. You will be responsible for setting up the stall, serving customers, processing sales on our iPad, keeping the stall tidy, and packing up at the end of the day. You will always be working with another team member and full training is provided. What We're Looking For: Confident and comfortable speaking to people Positive energy and enthusiasm Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Able to follow instructions and represent the brand professionally Sales-focused and motivated to hit targets Important: This is not a "sit on your phone" job. You will be expected to engage with customers, recommend products, and help run the pop-up throughout the day. Pay and Benefits: Hourly pay plus a commission structure based on your sales.
