About the role:

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk within the Finance Service Centre (FSC) at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to both internal and external stakeholders. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the AR/AP Team Manager, you will be responsible for receipting payments, generating invoices, and maintaining accurate records of receivables across corporate and client accounts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Downloading and processing daily bank statements.

  • Coding and receipting payments for corporate and client accounts.

  • Investigating and escalating unidentified receipts.

  • Generating invoices through manual requests, tenant recharge billing, and recurring rent rolls.

  • Producing monthly and ad hoc statements of account.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal control structures and financial regulations.

About you:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role.

  • Experience with JDE Accounts Receivable (preferred but not required).

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of systems and data integrity.
