Altido Consulting Pty Ltd is looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor.

Our NDIS and Aged Care division focuses on empowering clients to maintain their independence, whether at home or while participating in community activities that bring them joy.

Altido Consulting Services (Altido) is an approved provider of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and Veterans Home Care and offers Allied Health services. Altido was established in the year 2013 and has been present in the industry for over 10 years.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting clients' physical wellbeing through the design and delivery of personalised physiotherapy programs.

Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical health needs and goals
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing tailored physiotherapy programs to promote mobility and independence
  • Applying advanced clinical knowledge to assess and treat clients with complex conditions
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to physiotherapy assistants and other care staff involved in client support
  • Establishing clear treatment plans and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Participating in multidisciplinary care planning discussions when required
  • Collaborating with relevant community organisations and stakeholders

About You

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
  • A compassionate approach and genuine commitment to enhancing client wellbeing
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle
  • Experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS (highly regarded but not essential)
