Full time | Design and Drafting

Join a well established residential design and drafting studio based in Brisbane, with a long track record across new homes, renovations, duplexes and townhouse projects in South East Queensland.

The team focuses on practical, buildable designs and accurate documentation, supporting both private clients and project home and volume builders. They are known for clear communication, reliable turnarounds and strong long term relationships with their builder partners.

• At least 3 years experience in residential drafting
• Strong Revit skills preferred, confident producing full working drawing sets - Open to candidates with ArchiCAD experience.
• Experience working with, or supporting, project and volume builders
• Sound knowledge of Queensland residential construction and detailing
• Understanding of NCC, local council and building approval requirements
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate documentation
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast paced environment
• Clear communication skills and a practical, solution focused mindset

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (Shorter day on Fridays)
