Your New Role

As a  Senior Care Partner (Senior Personal Care Assistant) you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing high quality support and personal care services to our residents

  • Ensuring detailed documentation is updated

  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members

  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe

  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About You

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?

  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents

  • Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday PM Shifts 2:45pm to 9:45pm

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Personal Care Assistant within Aged Care

  • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support

  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful

  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
