Dispatch Assistant

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our dispatch team for the upcoming Christmas period. This will be a fixed-term contract from approximately November through to the end of January. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the by charlotte brand and contribute to our continued success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow personalised dispatch procedures and requirements of the business.
• Effectively utilise our dispatch platforms to print orders, process labels and pick and pack items accordingly.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked and packed with care and attention to detail.
• Facilitate meticulous quality control practices across all orders.
• Gift wrap and package customer orders with love and care and ensure packaging stations are replenished and full.
• Ensure all desks and work stations are clean, tidy and organised at all times.
• Assist in general office and merchandise tasks as requested and required.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, proficient in computer systems and dispatch software, and capable of multitasking under pressure. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment. Ideally, you'll also have a passion for retail and luxury jewellery.
