The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barber to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment, providing top-notch grooming services to our valued clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of barbering services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the shop.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional haircuts and beard trims.
  • Consult with clients to understand their desired style and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Sterilize tools and equipment regularly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Open and close the shop as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent cutting and styling skills for a variety of hair types and styles.
  • Proficiency in beard trimming and shaping techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for barbering and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to barbering.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.

Working Hours:
